Welcome to MundoPorra! This site is a platform for anybody to organise pools and enjoy some friendly competition. By using this website, you agree to the following simple rules:

For fun only (strict no-gambling policy)

This site is strictly for entertainment and social purposes.

  • No Wagering: You may not use this platform to facilitate any form of illegal gambling, betting, or real-money wagering.
  • No Money Handling: We do not collect, hold, or distribute prize money. Any "stakes" or rewards agreed upon between friends are handled entirely outside of this platform and are the sole responsibility of the participants.

System integrity and "no bots" policy

To keep the site fast and fair for everyone, you agree to use the site only as intended through the provided user interface.

  • No Automation: You may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, or any automated software to access the site, create accounts, or submit entries.
  • Don't "Hammer" the Server: You agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (such as "spamming" requests or attempting to crash the site).
  • Consequences: Any account found to be using automated tools or attempting to disrupt our services will be cancelled immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use this site. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in an online pool does not violate any local laws.

Fair play and conduct

  • Be respectful: Do not use this site to harass, bully, or insult other players.
  • No cheating: Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit bugs, or provide false information to gain an advantage is prohibited.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login information safe. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own actions.

As-is service

We provide this site as a hobby project. While we try our best to keep everything running smoothly:

  • We are not responsible for technical glitches, data loss, or incorrect score calculations.
  • We do not guarantee that the site will be available all the time.

Disputes

If there is a disagreement over a pool result or a rule, the pool owner (normally the person who created it) has the final say. We will not act as an arbitrator for disputes between participants.

Changes to terms of use

We reserve the right to change these terms of use. In case of changes, we will create a news item to make them transparent, and we will post updates here. Check this page for changes.
